Take Time to Taste!

The Provo Orem Chamber of Commerce presents the 17^th Annual Taste of the Valley! With the summer season setting into full swing, it is time for the biggest and best food event of the year. Everyone is invited to participate in this celebration of cuisine from Utah Valley from 12 p.m. to 3p.m. on Thursday, July 24^th. We are bringing the event back to the Historic Courthouse grounds in downtown Provo (Center Street and University Ave) due to popular demand.

Samples of some of the finest food in the Valley will be featured and attendees will pick their favorites for the 2008 People’s Choice Awards, including best overall, appetizer, main dish, BBQ, dessert and beverage.

This event gives restaurants throughout the Valley the opportunity to showcase their cuisine to the community. The cost to attend is $8, or $30 for families of 4. You will receive a punch card which offers samples for each restaurant.

Over 1,250 people attended last year’s event and another big turn out is again expected. Entertainment will include Hogi Yogi’s blow up balloon slide, massages by Provo College, music and more!
