Why a USP (unique selling proposition) is vital to generating interest in what you have to offer.
How to build rapport and increase sales using the Platinum Rule.
Exactly how to ask for and get referrals.
Who to ask and when to ask (In addition to current clients, there are at least five other categories. Each one can produce dozens of referrals every week!)
