Brownstone Gallery Announces Grand Opening of Highland Gallery

Artists J. Kirk Richards, David Dean and Lynn Farrer will attend, discuss their work Mayor Lynn Ritchie will cut the Grand Opening Ribbon. Brownstone Gallery is expanding its Utah County business with the grand opening of a new gallery in Highland.

The grand opening of the Highland Gallery will take place on Thursday, July 8, from noon‐6:00 p.m. at the new gallery location, 5335 West 11000 North, Highland (next to Dear Lizzie). Utah artists J. Kirk Richards, David Dean and Lynn Farrer will be on hand to present a brief discussion/demonstration of their work during the grand opening. Each artist will also be available for interviews.

A short ribbon‐cutting ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m. and Highland Mayor Lynn Ritchie will be in attendance to cut the ribbon and provide interviews. The art of Brownstone Gallery reflects a variety of themes and influences, ranging from original Utah art to acquisitions from across the art world. The new gallery will feature approximately 100 works of art from artists spanning a variety of cultures, geographies and themes. It will also feature highquality custom framing services.

The owners and staff of Brownstone are looking forward to the opening of the new gallery. Said owner Rob Brown, “Brownstone has enjoyed 10 successful years at our North University Avenue location in Provo; adding a new location in Highland will allow us to better serve our loyal customer base in North Utah County, provide added convenience and showcase additional exciting works.”

During the noon‐6:00 p.m. July 8 grand opening, tours of the gallery will be provided and light refreshments, will be served. Drawings for prizes will also be held. Everyone is invited to attend.
