Key Research Solutions supports the marketing research, public opinion and polling communities. We have a 75 station call center (all web enabled stations) in downtown Provo, Utah. From our headquarters, we offer a full array of qualitative (IDI's, focus group recruiting, bulletin board groups) and quantitative (phone, online, IVR, face-to-face) support services. Due to our length and breadth of experience and our location near both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, we provide all of our services in over 65 different languages. Some areas of developed expertise include B2B research, consumer research, branding, advertising, public affairs and political polling. In addition, we support small to large tracking studies, ongoing panel surveys and we conduct a monthly omnibus study.
Our President, Ed Ledek, has been in and around campaigns, political polling and market research most of his life, including his first professional position with the U.S. Census Bureau in 1980. After working on local political races, his life and educational goals took him to Utah. Once here, he immersed himself in the world of research. Since 1984, Ed has worked for full-service, data collection, sample and online research companies. Through those opportunities, Ed has developed an expertise in business development, project and client management, field training and implementation. He has trained researchers all over the world in "Applied Research Methods 101." In addition, Ed has served within the PAPOR, AAPOR, MRA, SWMRA, CMOR and AAPC communities. He has planned and coordinated many conferences. He has served on various committees and he has spoken, moderated or presented at conferences around the country.
