Inspired by
Serving Good Food and Lowering Their ‘Food Print’
The
restaurant, a vision of friends and entrepreneurs Adam Anastasi and Joshua
Copeland, will feature high-quality food at reasonable prices, with dishes
created by renowned Head Chef Victor Sandoval.
Not only will local, organic and sustainable ingredients be used as
often as possible, Old Towne Grill plans to use recycled and sustainable paper
and selected restaurant products in an effort to lower their ‘food print.’
Inspired to
Serve the Community
It
isn’t enough to serve good food and care for the environment; Old Towne Grill
plans to give back by getting involved with local charities and organizations
who meet the many needs of the greater Utah Valley. Whether special events at the restaurant or
participating in service opportunities with its staff, Old Towne Grill will
move beyond its 4 walls to help the greater community.
